Symptom: Several users have recently noticed that files have been deleted from the TopSolid vault.

Cause: After investigation, they found that the files had been deleted by the ESET antivirus programme.

Solution: In the ESET application, add an exclusion so that the TopSolid vault folder (and all its subfolders) is not scanned during virus scans.
