To repeat an operation considering the WCS, just repeat the WCS itself:

In the repetition window, uncheck the operations you don't want to duplicate:

Select or create the pattern for the repetition, select the required merge type and let “Optimize WCS' indexation whenever possible” ticked.

In the case of a circular repetition of a WCS, this option allows to create a new WCS for each repetition, to enable indexation on the axis.
