Symptom: In TopSolid'Virtual, when you switch to VR, the message “No headset detected” appears.

Cause: The software does not detect your headset.

Solution: Make sure you have followed the configuration steps here: How do I use my Meta Quest 2 or 3 with TopSolid'Virtual software?

Before starting TopSolid'Virtual in VR mode, the "Quest Link" must be activated (you must be in a white environment, see below).
