Symptom: Unable to enter minimum and maximum values when setting constraints.

Cause: The functionality has been designed in such a way that to define the min/max rotation, you have to use the blue arrow of the gizmo, it's impossible to manually enter values in the black square.

Solution: Use the blue arrow on the gizmo to set the minimum and maximum values.
