When defining the libraries from the Tools > Options function (Component > User Library section), you can use the $TOPGROUP variable instead of specifying the full path to the library.
Then, if the group folder is moved (and therefore the $TOPGROUP variable is modified), the library will still be available.

In the example above, the components are located in the folders under the Common Library folder.

Note: For personal libraries declared in the local folder, the $TOPCONFIG variable can also be used.
